Get help with your account, a generated song, an app-store purchase, or content shared through Sonento.
Contact Sonento
Email support@sonento.app from the address connected to your account when possible. Never send your password or a magic sign-in link.
Song or lyrics problem
Include the project name, what you expected, what happened, and any visible error message.
Report a shared gift
Send the public gift URL and explain whether the concern involves privacy, harassment, illegal content, or intellectual property. For copyright concerns, identify the protected work and why you believe the shared material infringes it.
Purchases and subscriptions
Manage or cancel an iOS subscription in Apple subscription settings, or an Android subscription in Google Play subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in Sonento if an active entitlement is not appearing. Refunds are handled by the store used for purchase.
Privacy and account deletion
The Sonento app provides data export, consent controls, and permanent account deletion under Profile → Privacy & data. You can also read the account-deletion instructions.
